You want to feed you family healthy, wholesome meals, but don’t necessarily have the time to sit down and write out a plan? I know exactly what that’s like!
But sadly, more often than not failure to plan, is a plan for failure – and by failure we’re talking about the Panda Express drive through and frozen entrées. That’s high dollar, poor quality body fuel.
This is your solution.
This week’s meal plan focuses on nutritious breakfasts with make-ahead options such as freezer-friendly egg muffins and breakfast cookies, and of course, we couldn’t pass up on including some seasonal favorites including pumpkin and apple pie flavors.
Lunches focus on portability for school or work brown bags such as roasted sweet potato and black bean salad, and easy chicken club wraps.
Dinners are my favorite with seasonal favorites like butternut squash soup, and slow cooker beef stew.
What You’ll Find In This Meal Plan:
- Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner menu
- Fully itemized grocery list
- Easy, but hearty weekday breakfasts featuring fall flavors
- Fall dinners including slow cooker soups, and comfort food.
